Our developers deployed a workaround that mitigates the platform loading issue - We are still keeping the situation monitored.

We confirm that the issue reported is caused by an external network provider that is experiencing an outage. As a workaround, we suggest you to either change network (also switching to mobile hotspot) or to change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1. We will keep the situation monitored.
