Showbie is slow and unresponsive during peak times

This incident is now resolved and we are confident the slowness issues have been fully resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience this has cause.

A fix has been implemented and we are now monitoring the results. All slowness issues are expected to be resolved now.

The team has identified the cause of the slowness issues and will apply a fix this weekend. To minimize disruption to our users maintenance is scheduled for Saturday during our low usage time.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.
