Our monitoring systems continue to show signaling stability since our Carrier Partner applied the software fix. All key performance indicators (KPI) are now near pre-incident levels and we are continuing to monitor them closely for stability.

Our Carrier Partner and its vendor have advised that signaling is now stabilizing and that they have made steady progress on increasing the capacity in last hour. Our KPIs as well are indicating improvements.

We are closely monitoring the network as Carrier Partner are stabilizing the signaling.

Our Carrier Partner's signaling has now stabilized and that they have made steady progress on increasing the capacity in last hour. They continue to open up more links as the traffic clears but there are still some issues with congestion due to the incident.
Some customers may still experience connectivity issues that are pointing to some as yet undefined issues with certain APNs. Their teams are currently focusing on finding resolutions for this. We are also verifying these things.

As of now No ETR is currently available. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.

Our Carrier Partner and its vendor have identified the issue. The issue is related to the Card Failures.
They are working on a software fix to resolve the issue as soon as possible Also stabilize signaling links and work through the recovery in a controlled manner. A mitigation for the signaling congestion as been implemented by Carrier partner's engineers.
