Between 18:00 on 18 May and 09:27 on 19 May, the archive service experienced elevated HTTP 503 errors affecting E-Archive (21.1% of requests). The issue was traced to database communication errors introduced by change CHG0405144 and was resolved by restarting the affected application server. Monitoring confirmed full recovery at 09:27 on 19 May.
