Network Maintenance

Our supplier resolved the issue with the circuit from London to Dublin on Monday evening and our network is operating normally with full diversity. This maintenance can now be closed.

Service repair by the supplier affected by overrunning maintenance from London to Dublin listed here ( https://status.simplyhosting.com/incidents/r42qdk5rnd80 ) is still ongoing, as the fault is complex to repair. They continue to work on this today. To fix this they have authorised their partner to conduct resplicing activity which will result in an outage to repair and could cause circuit flaps or downtime to this specific circuit when this occurs.

Our fully diverse path between London and Dublin is operating normally and will take over all traffic automatically if the above circuit goes down for repair or flaps. This switchover is transparent to customer hosting. It would however be in an at-risk position for the moments that the supplier with overrunning maintenance is conducting repairs to their circuit.
