Incident Report

Hey there, We are aware that a small subset of users may be redirected to the next available URL in the left navigation when accessing their default landing page. For example, Home should typically be the correct landing page, but some users may instead be redirected to Must Reads, Recognition, Events, etc. We believe this is likely related to a caching issue. As a workaround, users can clear their cache and perform a hard reload. Please note that only users with an active session during the Home Dashboard > Landing page migration would be impacted. We anticipate this to be a low percentage of users; please note the resolution steps. Chrome steps for hard reload: Open the page where you are experiencing the issue. Right-click> select Inspect Right-click on reload button in browser Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload Thank you for your patience and understanding, Simpplr Technical Support
