We are continuing to monitor reports of SiteLink Web Edition login delays related to a recent Microsoft Windows update (KB5083769). While our Engineering team works to identify a code-based resolution, we have confirmed that the issue is specific to the interaction between this update and SQL components.
Current Workarounds:
1. Use MyHub: Users experiencing login issues for the desktop application can access their site via MyHub, which remains unaffected.
2. Uninstall Microsoft update KB5083769:
Navigate to Settings > Windows Update > Update history.
Select Uninstall Updates.
Locate KB5083769, click Uninstall, and restart your computer.
