Skillable engineers are actively monitoring widespread Azure issues impacting Skillable Studio. Users are not able to log in to the Skillable portal at this time and lab launches may be impacted.
At this time, user are unable to launch labs from the Skillable platform due to the below Azure issue:

Starting at approximately 16:00 UTC, we began experiencing DNS issues resulting in availability degradation of some services. Customers may experience issues accessing the Azure Portal. We have taken action that is expected to address the portal access issues here shortly. We are actively investigating the underlying issue and additional mitigation actions. More information will be provided within 60 minutes or sooner.

Lab launching remains impacted due to the ongoing Azure service disruption. Skillable is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available. At this time Azure is in the process of making corrections on their end.

We are beginning to see gradual signs of recovery in some areas of the platform as Azure continues implementing mitigation measures. However, Studio access and Lab launching remain impacted.

We have initiated the deployment of our last known good configuration, which is expected to complete within 30 minutes. As this deployment progresses, customers should begin to see initial signs of recovery. Once completed, we will begin recovering nodes and routing traffic through these healthy nodes.
Customer configuration changes will remain temporarily blocked while we continue mitigation efforts. We will notify customers once this block has been lifted.
Some customers may also have experienced issues accessing the Azure management portal. We have failed the portal away from AFD to mitigate these access issues. Customers should now be able to access the Azure portal directly, and while most portal extensions are functioning as expected, a small number of endpoints (e.g., Marketplace) may still experience intermittent loading problems.
We do not yet have an ETA for full mitigation, but we will provide another update within 30 minutes, once the deployment has completed
Skillable engineers have successfully devised and implemented a mitigation plan to restore the Skillable API. We are now starting to see successful lab launches again. The Skillable Admin site remains unreachable at this time.
Lab launches and access to administration and authoring tools were impacted by an global outage in certain Microsoft Azure services. Skillable was able to implement a temporary workaround to bypass the outage and has resumed launching labs. We will continue to monitor the progress of Azure in restoring full service and will revert to normal state once we are confident we can do so.
Administration and management tools remain affected and may not be available until the underlying issue in Azure is resolved.
