Sainsbury's store-level data

We are aware of an issue affecting Sainsbury's store-level data in SKUtrak. The supplier reports that feed this data (via SupplyHub) have stopped generating, and as a result Sainsbury's store-level data has not updated since 18 June 2026. What this means for you: If you use Sainsbury's store-level data, store-level metrics — such as rate of sale by store, store stock and availability — will not be updating and will appear to stop after 18 June. Sainsbury's estate-level data is unaffected and continues to update as normal. We are actively investigating the cause to restore the service. Once the reports resume, we will work to backfill the missing period so your history is complete. We will post a further update as soon as we have more information.
