This issue has been resolved, and the Corporate Website (www.skytap.com) should be available again to all users.
As previously mentioned, the Kyndryl Cloud Uplift Portal (cloud.skytap.com) and all Kyndryl Cloud Uplift customer Virtual Machines were unaffected by this issue.

Existing environments and running elements should be unaffected and continue to operate normally. The current impact is mostly limited to portal API and UI actions, which remain unavailable.
Our engineers continue to work on resolving this issue. We will provide the next update within one hour.
