Outage Details

We're investigating an issue where users are reporting trouble opening version 25.09.10 of the Slack app for iOS, and are encountering the following error message:
Jailbroken devices can’t use Slack
For security reasons, [WORKSPACE] doesn’t allow jailbroken devices (like this one) to access Slack.
If you need help, please contact your IT administrator.

After further investigation, we have identified that this behavior appears to be isolated to users on iOS version 18.6.2. We have paused the rollout of version 25.09.10 of the app and continue to investigate possible causes of this behavior. We'll be back with another update as soon as we know more, and appreciate your patience while we sort this out.
