Clicking Edit in profile causes a grey screen and the menu fails to load.

We have identified the cause of the issue and are deploying a fix that should resolve the impact for affected users.

We are investigating an issue where the menu fails to load when users try to edit their profile. The behaviour occurs for name pronunciation and pronouns under the profile section. All sections from Contact information onwards load the menu as expected. This is impacting the desktop and web users ( Windows and Mac). The Mobile app is not impacted.
We are working to resolve the issue and will share an update as soon as we have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.
