Our mobile money partner has identified some issues with specific mobile money providers, they are investigating and attempting to resolve the issue.

Some users are unable to add new mobile money wallets in the Sling Money app. We are actively working with our Mobile Money Wallet partner to fix this issue.
This does not impact withdrawals and deposits.

Airtel Uganda is also facing a service interruption impacting withdrawals and deposits.
