Ask and agent answers are slower than usual. One of our upstream AI model providers is experiencing elevated response times. Answers are still being generated and returned correctly, but some take significantly longer than normal, and a few may time out and need to be retried. Documents, search and the rest of Slite are unaffected. We're monitoring the provider's recovery and are working on switching the affected traffic to a backup model. We'll update this page as things change.
