SmartBear Admin - partial outage

This incident has been resolved.

We’re seeing signs of recovery — the issue with SmartBear Admin has improved, and access is now intermittent. Some requests are succeeding, while others may still fail.

Our external service provider reports that error rates are dropping significantly as their load balancers recover and resume handling traffic. Customers may still experience intermittent issues while full functionality is restored.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and provide another update once service is fully stable.
