AWS our primary cloud provider is experiencing degradation of services across its platform. You can see the near real-time status at the following URL - https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status You may experience issues within your SnapStream Cloud while AWS works to resolve the underlying issues that are impacting some of the services we utilize. Good News! User authentication, video ingest, and video playback are not impacted at this time.
