Data Freshness delays for users on app.snyk.io tenant.

All services have remained stable throughout the monitoring period. The Snyk incident response has been stood down.

Snyk engineers have completed all mitigation efforts, and functionality has been restored for the impacted GitHub webhooks. Snyk will continue to monitor the situation.

As a result of the mitigation efforts, customers may experience a delay of up to 5 hours before they can add new integrations. Additionally, Snyk engineers have confirmed that pull request (PR) checks for GitHub webhooks created during this incident will not succeed. We are actively working on resolving these issues.

Our engineers have completed the mitigation. All services are now operational after the temporary downtime in the SNYK-US-01 region (app.snyk.io). Snyk engineers will continue to monitor the environment.

As part of our ongoing efforts to address issues with data freshness in the SNYK-US-01 region (app.snyk.io), the availability of all Snyk SaaS services in this region will be temporarily affected. During this time, customers will not be able to access Snyk services, including the CLI, API, UI, and PR checks. The expected downtime will last approximately 15 minutes.

We understand that our services are crucial for our customers' business operations. We appreciate your continued understanding and support as we work to resolve this issue.

Currently Known Impact:
* Reporting data freshness is delayed
* Application of new entitlements for any new accounts or new account levels
* Api access to new groups and orgs
* Newly created or updated integrations will not be usable (Integrations appear to be successful but imports will not work). Pre-existing and unchanged integrations should be unaffected.
* Projects list page (when listing by “group by target”) issue counts may be out of date.
* Operations on new groups or orgs may be out of date or may be unsuccessful.
* Newly discovered impact: Webhooks for newly imported repos will fail with a 410 response. PR checks and retests triggered on commit, plus any "set-and-forget" syncs will not occur.

The cause of this issue has been identified and we are working with our providers to resolve the issue, however it will require a short emergency maintenance window.

We expect that the emergency maintenance will include downtime of approximately 10 minutes.

We have identified a probable cause for the issue and are working with our providers to develop a solution.
