Due to a FortiCloud outage early morning February 5th, 2024 and persisting into approximately early afternoon Pacific Standard Time, several Fortinet services including SOCaaS was affected. No data was lost. Only the Portal was inaccessible during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us at socaas_success@fortinet.com.
