We have identified elevated 5XXs API error messages to be returned on API endpoints related to Translation service to our Partners Customers attempting to use the services associated to the endpoints would have been presented with either generic error messages or specific to each Partner's implementation of the endpoint/s. We will share more details on the error after further investigation is performed. We identified an issue causing a spike in error rates being observed for API Endpoints related to Translation service.

The incident was mitigated and services are being monitored in order to ensure all operations are running within normal service levels.

This incident is resolved. No further updates will be provided.
