UNPLANNED OUTAGE FOR BANK IDENTIFICATIONS

An Unplanned outage has been identified for Identifications performed using Bank Identifications. The outage is linked to an issue with one of our identification provider. We are working to restore the impacted services with the provider as soon as possible. Partner Impact: • Partners will observe failures during the signing of documents within the Bank identification.
