The unplanned service disruption affecting our Sandbox environment has been resolved. The systems and services are currently stable and the impact is no longer visible. Our engineering teams have corrected the infrastructure configuration issue and verified that all services are operating normally. Partner Impact/Customer Impact: • During the incident, Partners experienced a high rate of 5xx server errors and connection failures when accessing the Sandbox API. • Testing capabilities for Sandbox API services were temporarily blocked or experienced significant instability.
