Subscriptions potential issues

We experienced partial AWS infrastructure unavailability, which resulted in delays in the delivery of certain events, subscription status updates, and webhook dispatches.
Please note that payment processing continued to operate normally and was not affected by this incident. Any anomalies that may have occurred will be corrected.
The root cause has been identified, and we are currently working on full resolution and implementing measures to prevent similar situations in the future.
The incident started at 16:43 UTC and finished at 16:54 UTC. This incident has been resolved.
