Network Performance Issues in US

All network routes had been fully restored on AWS side at 11:59 AM UTC, incident has been resolved.

From 11:53 to 11:57 UTC, we observed degradation affecting the TSYS acquiring connection and Mastercard network token provisioning (SCOF/MDES), related to the ongoing US network degradation. Our cascading redirected affected acquiring traffic to healthy providers, and network token transactions automatically fell back to bank card tokens, so payment processing continued without interruption. No action is required from merchants. The affected services have recovered; we are monitoring closely and will provide a further update within 30 minutes.

A network performance degradation at the cloud infrastructure provider (AWS) in the US between 10:56 and 11:11 UTC affected the availability of several acquiring partners. In rare cases, orders may have been impacted during this window. However, our routing and cascading redirected traffic to healthy providers, minimizing the effect.

No action is required from merchants. All systems have recovered and are operating normally. We are monitoring closely and will post a final update within 60 minutes.
