Connectivity issue of Air SIMs for Global

We experienced an intermittent connectivity issue for our global SIM connecting to AWS regions except for Frankfurt between 2018-10-01 16:31 UTC and 2018-10-01 16:55 UTC. Connectivity to SORACOM platform services were not affected, but connectivity to external endpoints in affected regions were impacted during this time. SORACOM console login were also affected. The issue was caused by AWS Frankfurt network issue that was reported on AWS status page(https://status.aws.amazon.com). The AWS issue was resolved and we see a full recovery now. 2018/10/01 16:31 UTCから16:55 UTCの間、Air SIM for Globalの一部でAWSのフランクフルトを除くリージョンへの接続性が低下する問題が発生いたしました。尚、事象発生中もソラコムプラットフォームサービスへの接続は正常に行えていたことを確認しております。本事象はAWSフランクフルトリージョンのネットワーク接続低下を受けた問題 (https://status.aws.amazon.com) となっており、同時間帯、ユーザコンソールのログインも影響を受けました。現在はAWSが復旧を確認しており、本事象も回復しております。
