We are experiencing a slightly elevated error rate on the Transmissions API (injection API) for some SparkPost and SparkPost Enterprise customers. Please retry any 5xx error.
Note: This issue does not impact our SparkPost customers hosted in the EU.

We are continuing the mitigation activities and the error rate continues to be very low. We will provide another update no later than 02:00 UTC.

We are continuing the mitigation activities and the error rate is improving, however it will be several more hours before the error rate is continuously within normal levels. We will provide another update at 00:30 UTC.

The issue has been identified; the slightly elevated error rate on the Transmissions API will continue until about 23:00 UTC while we mitigate the issue. We will move this Incident to "monitoring" when the error rate resumes to normal levels.
