Issue with queues generating

We have not seen any new non-standard queues generate since the changes were applied - normal queueing behaviour is now in place for customers making online ticket purchases.

After identifying the issue, we've made some changes to mitigate the queues being triggered. We're now monitoring the impact of these changes.

We are currently aware of an issue where queues are being generated during online booking, despite demand not being high for events. Customers online may see a queue on your website and be queueing for a few minutes. Everything else is functioning as normal.

We are currently investigating this issue.
