As of Thursday, July 18th at 8:08 a.m. CST., publishing to Threads, as well as Reporting data and Profile Reauthorisations have been improving.
These issues were caused by an outage at Meta, that affected Sprout’s Threads Publishing, Reporting and Profile Reauthorisation features from Wednesday, July 17th at 10:40 p.m. CST.
Threads is currently experiencing difficulties that affect Sprout’s Publishing and Reporting features. These issues began on Wednesday, July 17th at 10:40 p.m. CST.
As a result of these issues, you may experience:
- Failed Posts Notifications for Threads Posts and Threads Video Posts
- Delayed Reporting for Threads
