We have released a fix for the previous issue impacting some Transactions, Refunds and KDS data delays, and are seeing impacted services return to full functionality. We recommend Sellers re-attempt any failed transactions and refunds. We’ll continue monitoring the situation for now. Thank you for your patience with us as we worked to resolve this issue.

We are currently experiencing a disruption that is impacting some Square services, including:

• Delays with some sales appearing on KDS

• Delays to some Transactions appearing in Transaction reports

• Some Transactions not successfully capturing

• Some Refunds not successfully processing
