StarkCloud's login portal experienced a failed weekly update performed in the AM during off-hours which caused the login page to not accept any user logins.
No other production servers were affected (no SAP client nor SAP HANA servers). StarkCloud's engineers began working to resolve this as soon as possible Monday morning and were able to restore the login portal at around 10:30AM (EST).
We are recording the chain of events that led to the failed update to incorporate actions and protocols in efforts to prevent this from happening again.
