NZ Post is currently experiencing an outage that may impact some Starshipit users. Please see their status page for more information: https://status.nzpost.co.nz/.
To enable offline labels for NZ Post, you need to turn on Print domestic Labels using API:
Navigate to Settings > Couriers > NZ Post Domestic Settings
Go to the Advanced tab
Untick Print domestic Labels using API
This setting allows us to generate labels locally, so if NZ Post's APIs go down, you can continue printing labels.
The offline capability is available for CourierPost and some NZ Post services.
