Please see their status page for more information: https://status.developers.auspost.com.au/ In the meantime you can have Starshipit generate domestic labels for eParcel only by disabling the below settings in Settings > Couriers > Australia Post > Advanced: Let AusPost generate domestic labels Use branded A6 labels for Express
