AI responses are slow or failing

Update:

We found the cause, an issue with the system that routes requests to our AI models, and have deployed a fix.

We're starting to see AI responses recover and are watching closely to make sure it holds.

If you hit an error in the next few minutes, try again. We'll confirm here once everything is fully back to normal.

Update:

Some AI responses are coming back slowly or failing to generate. You may see longer load times or an error when asking a question or generating materials. The rest of StudyFetch , your files, notes, decks and account are unaffected.

We're looking into it now and will post an update as soon as we know more. If a response fails, retrying in a minute often works.
