Data Processing Delays - Webhooks and Notifications

A fix has been successfully applied, and data processing is now operating as expected.

All previously delayed tasks—including webhooks and notifications—were safely queued during the incident and are now actively being processed. We are not seeing any further delays in task processing.

We are currently investigating a separate, isolated issue affecting some Swell-hosted checkouts. At this time, we cannot confirm whether this is related to the earlier delay in processing tasks.

We will continue to monitor and provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind, which is causing delays in processing webhooks and notification tasks. No data has been lost, and the system should be caught up shortly.
