Maintenance Window: RMM Backgrounding Tools Upgrade

During the upcoming maintenance window, which is scheduled to improve the stability and reliability of our Backgrounding Tools, agents currently connected to these tools will be disconnected. These agents should automatically attempt to reconnect once the maintenance is complete or as services stabilize. Throughout this one-hour period, the RMM Backgrounding Tools, including new connection attempts and the reconnection of existing agents, may function intermittently. However, we anticipate that other RMM system components, such as monitoring, agent updates, and script execution, will continue to operate normally.
