Tableau Feature Degradation

We’ve implemented a solution to resolve the issue causing the feature degradation. Initial results indicate that the feature is working as expected. Engineers continue to monitor the situation closely. We’ll provide an update as more information becomes available.

The Salesforce Technology team has identified a potential trigger for the issue and is working on implementing a fix to resolve it. We will provide an update as soon as the fix has been implemented.

The Salesforce Technology team is currently observing no impact affecting our customers, however the investigation into the cause of the issue is ongoing. We are closely monitoring previously impacted services and we have mitigation steps prepared in case we observe additional impact.

We’re investigating a feature degradation impacting Tableau Cloud customers. Customers may experience intermittent disconnections with virtual connections. When setting up a virtual connection on Tableau Cloud, customers may receive an "Unknown Error." This is a reoccurring issue; relevant teams have been engaged to assist with the investigation. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
