We’ve successfully restored service for customers in one instance [Asia Pacific - Japan - (prod-apnortheast-a)] by applying the configuration changes on the impacted infrastructure components as of 05:53 UTC, April 02, 2026. We have created a separate Trust post to reflect the accurate timeframe and closure for this instance. The team is now applying the same remediation approach to the remaining affected instances.

At 00:53 UTC on April 2, 2026, we became aware of an issue impacting Tableau Cloud customers attempting to run Prep Flows. A subset of customers may experience failures when initiating these flows. This is primarily happening in our Japan region, but there is some minimal occurrence in other regions as well.
We’re actively engaged and are exploring multiple paths to resolution.
