Slowness in generating trakings

This incident has been resolved.

After taking action in conjunction with our provider, we identified that the situation was normalized at 01:08 on November 4th. We are closely monitoring the environment.

At the moment, we are still experiencing slowness.

We have initiated an action with the service provider, with an expected completion date of tomorrow, 11/04/2023.

Our provider made a change and we have already seen a significant improvement in the distribution of queues

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Please be advised that resolution of this request has been delayed by our cloud provider, however, we have a high priority request open with them.

We are closely monitoring transactions carried out by our cloud provider.

We will soon update you on the negotiations carried out and the forecast of the definitive solution.

We have identified an unexpected behavior in our environment that is causing queuing.

Due to this, there may be delays in the generation of trakings and reports.

We are in contact with our provider to resolve the situation. The estimated time for implementing the solution is 9:00 PM.
