This incident has been resolved. The underlying configuration mapping errors, connection saturation, and TLS handshake failures have been fully addressed. All system services, messaging traffic, and affected clusters have been restored to full operation. Continuous monitoring remains active to ensure system stability.

We have identified the root cause related to deployment configuration variables affecting system applications and messaging traffic. Our engineering team is actively deploying corrections, validating communication certificates, and monitoring overall service recovery. We continue to address server instability that may be affecting the sending and receiving of messages. Technical work is ongoing.
