The issue is now resolved, and you can create and update triggers of your TMC tasks in production. Talend Support will get back to you if you were impacted by this incident. While continuing the investigations we figure out that trigger creation and updates between 27/7/2022 and 12/08/2022 were ignored even if reflected correctly in the UI. All customers notified by support will have to update the impacted tasks to ensure that the task will be triggered at the expected time.

We better identified the nature of the problem. Some schedule changes were being ignored when updated through the UI. The issue started on July 27th and is still present. The team is actively working on a resolution and we expect the situation to be resolved before August 13th 00:00 UTC. No action is required on your part, but please refrain from updating existing TMC trigger schedules through the UI until the issue is resolved.
The affected tasks are available from Talend Support at the end of the incident.
We have identified a functional degradation in TMC cron schedule storage. Some trigger modifications are ignored by TMC. Investigations are ongoing to identify more clearly the impact and fix this. During this time, all customers should refrain from updating their existing TMC trigger schedule from the UI or restrict it to a single trigger (and CRON should be preferred).
