We experienced service unavailability for Talend Cloud logins across all regions. Logins were not available on Oct 30 2023, 19:57 UTC to 20:20 UTC. Already opened user sessions, job executions at Remote Engines / Cloud Engines, WebHook and API endpoints were NOT impacted. The issue was caused by underlying Cloud service provider outage. We experienced service unavailability for Talend Cloud logins across all regions. Logins were not available on Oct 30 2023, 19:57 UTC to 20:20 UTC. Already opened user sessions, job executions at Remote Engines / Cloud Engines, WebHook and API endpoints were NOT impacted.
The issue was caused by underlying Cloud service provider outage. The issue is resolved and the service is back to normal.
