Some customers using an older version of Consent Manager may be experiencing problems with a javascript error.

Engineers have identified the problem and are working on a fix.

A fix for consent manager has been put in place. We will continue to monitor for the next few hours to validate all is as it should be.

We have identified an issue introduced by the fix for customers using both Consent Preferences and Explicit Consent. We are actively working on a fix.

The team is actively working on producing and testing a fix to resolve the Consent Management issues. We will provide updates when the hotfix release is complete.
