Disruptions to Services in Dubai

We have been notified of an ongoing incident at one of our cloud service providers. This has resulted in disruption to services in our Dubai region. We are working closely with the provider and will provide updates as we receive them.

Engineers have deployed mitigation steps and are observing signs of recovery.

Our cloud service provider is still working on full recovery. We will provide more updates as we receive them. In the meantime, our engineers are continuing to apply mitigation steps to limit impact.

Engineers have restored impacted services and completed processing of backlogs. We will provide further updates as they become available from our cloud service provider.

Engineers have been alerted that the incident has reoccured and are working with the cloud provider to resolve the situation

Engineers have identified issues with cross-region traffic hitting the Dubai server side collect endpoint and are applying mitigation steps to limit impact.
