Outage Details

We have noticed a general issue when sending invoices via the Peppol network. You will get an "External error" notification which will explain that the invoice could not be sent out. Receiving invoices via the Peppol network still works as expected. We are working to identify the issue.

This issue has been resolved, it is now possible to send invoices via the Peppol network once again.

A fix has been implemented - invoices can be sent to the Peppol network again. We suggest sending the invoices you couldn't send during the outage again via the Peppol network in order to make sure they're properly synced.
We will be monitoring the functionality.
