Teamtailor experienced intermittent errors for 11 minutes affecting image uploads and display across the platform, including profile pictures and media libraries in career site editor and settings, with affected requests returning HTTP 503 errors. The issue impacted the Career site and job application system as well as the Applicant Tracking System, and was caused by a problem with an external service provider. The incident was resolved when the external provider fixed their issue, returning error rates to zero and restoring normal image upload and display functionality across all regions.
