Incident affecting Mobile Telephony - Denmark

One of our Danish mobile radio network vendors has informed us that they are currently experiencing issues on their network, causing call setup to take longer than usual.

Our incident response team is in close contact with our mobile network vendor who is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our Danish mobile network vendor continues to work on resolving the issue. We are awaiting further information from the vendor and will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.

The issue has been escalated internally at our Danish mobile network vendor. No estimated time of resolution is available yet.

Our Danish mobile network vendor reports that service has been improving since 13:50. However, the vendor has not yet confirmed a final resolution. Work continues on their end, and users may still experience intermittent issues.

We will provide an update once the vendor confirms the service is fully restored.
