Mission Control Portal: Increased latency and delayed reporting

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. There may still be a delay in detail records becoming available in the reporting section but this will catch up very soon.

Engineers continue to work on mitigating the latency increase on our network, some additional changes have been made and we are seeing an improvement in the services impacted.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

The issue has been identified as network related, engineers continue to work on resolving the latency increase along with potential packet loss.

Customers may also observe delays in processing API commands, such as sending messages, as well as a delay in webhook events being triggered when using our programmable API's.

We are continuing to investigate this issue, there appears to be an increase in latency on the Telnyx network. Engineers are investigating at this time.

Customers may see a delay in portal.telnyx.com account loading pages or resources (numbers, SIP Connection, Outbound Voice Profile updates), as well as delayed call and messaging detail reports for any calls or messages that have been recently completed.
