Affected MRN namespaces were failed over as a mitigation measure while AWS resolved the infrastructure issue. Once AWS confirmed resolution, Temporal monitored for stability and fully failed back all affected namespaces by 05:03 UTC on September 4, 2026, resolving the incident.
