We are currently investigating reports of degraded performance with email deliverability on a subset of SigstrONE servers. Once more is known, we will be providing an update.

This incident has been resolved.

MONITORING almost 4 years ago - at 05/30/2021 02:21PM

The degraded performance has been isolated to the Sigstr US01 server. No other servers are affected at this time. A temporary solution has been implemented, which will allow mail to route, and we are continuing to monitor performance. We will be providing another update once more is known.
