Since 11:27 UTC, there has been a service disruption affecting Live Syncing and Office Add-in checks.
API integration has not been processing/checking emails, and M365 add-in checks have been failing, possibly leading to increased latency.
The issue has now been been identified, and an internal network policy change has been implemented to alleviate the issue.
