Slight Delay on a subset of Inbound Email CEP API Checks

We are investigating an issue on our EU server where, for ~5% of inbound emails, CEP API checks take over 30 seconds to process. Impact: For 5% of inbound emails, it may take ~30 seconds for an email to be actioned if the check finds it to be Malicious or Suspicious, with less than 1% taking up to 180 seconds. The majority of emails (95%) continue to be checked and actioned within seconds. Proofpoint will continue to investigate and address. We will update again once we have a clear timeline to system performance returning to normal.
